Shipping and Returns.

Helen Hilton Gemcraft can only ship to the UK at present. Due to the high value and individual nature of each piece of jewellery, all items are carefully packed and sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery, tracked and insured, signed for service.

Should you change your mind and wish to return your item, Helen Hilton Gemcraft will be happy to refund you for your purchase as long as an advice is given within 7-days of receipt. (Refund does not include return postage.)

Please return by a tracked service with proof of posting and ensure the item is adequately packed to avoid any damage to the item in transit. Helen Hilton Gemcraft reserves the right to withhold a full refund to cover any repairs incurred.
